TECHNOLOGIES
LINING
The GORE-TEX membrane is an extremely thin layer of expanded polytetraflouroethylene (ePTFE). It
®
contains more than 1.4 billion pores per cm². It is all these pores that ensure the properties of GORE-TEX
®
fabrics. It is only 0.01mm thick. So it's attached to a high-performance lining or outer fabric, creating a
®
GORE-TEX laminate.
Thermally insulating and breathable fibre designed to ensure the perfect thermal balance inside the boot
in every situation. Breathable in summer and warm in winter.
Innovative, antibacterial, technical 3D mesh lining that combines high performance breathability and
abrasion resistance with a soft, comfortable feel. Its unique 3-layer structure promotes thermoregulation to
keep feet dry and comfortable. The Surf-R lining is made from 66% recycled material.
3D mesh lining, a three-dimensional fabric combining foam for protection and comfort and an open structure
(grid) for peripheral foot ventilation. The lining has a special honeycomb structure, using micro ventilation
channels to ensure a high level of breathability. It is abrasion, tear and cut resistant.
3D mesh lining, micro-ventilated technique, smooth appearance, 3-layer structure combining textile mesh,
foam and reinforcement grid. High mechanical resistance (abrasion and tearing) and quick drying.
Extremely supple PREM calf leather in white, with a smooth grain finish and premium quality for
absolute comfort and well-being.
TOE CAP
Steel toe cap resistant to 200 J. Perforated for better foot ventilation.
Lightweight, non-magnetic 200J aluminium mouthpiece. While offering the same strength, it is 51% lighter than
a steel tip. More resistant to impact and compression, the B toe cap meets the most stringent requirements
of the new EN ISO 22568-1:2019 standard (new requirements and test methods for footwear components).
Synthetic polymer toe cap, resistant to 200 J, non-magnetic and athermic. Shape memory toe cap, returns
to its initial shape when crushed, making it easier to remove the foot. More resistant to impact and
compression, the B toe cap meets the most stringent requirements of the new EN ISO 22568-2:2019 standard
(new requirements and test methods for footwear components).
